Kevin Hansen

Kevin Hansen was born and raised in Richfield, Utah. After a short stint in southern Utah, he, his wife, and their three children moved back to Richfield. He enjoys hiking, riding ATVs, exploring, reading, researching, tinkering, collecting, and doing genealogy.

Kevin went to Utah State University where he earned two bachelor’s degrees, one in geology and one in biology. He has worked as an archaeologist, a mineral rights researcher, and most recently as a teacher. Kevin has been teaching for six years, and has taught earth science, integrated science, geology, mathematics, astronomy, physics, world civilizations, and child development.

He enjoys teaching and seeing that moment when a student comprehends an idea.
